We’ve designed our management team around your needs
Our management team is well equipped to meet your needs. Led by a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years experience in the domestic insulation industry our Business Manager who has a degree in Building Engineering, a post-graduate housing diploma and over 10 years experience in senior positions in the social rented sector, we understand the opportunities and challenges from your perspective. We have first hand experience of successfully bringing together landlords householders, grant agencies and other funders.

Professional and highly qualified people
All of our staff are trained and qualified to the highest national standard. Our insulation installers have at least NVQ level 2 qualifications and our cavity wall installers have BBA accredited technicians badges. All of our surveyors have NVQs in energy surveying and advice. They are also accredited surveyors for the Home Energy Rating (NHER / SAP) process.
Our customer care staff are also qualified to at least SVQ level 3.
