Partial grants of up to 70% are available to all households regardless of income.

Any householder or partner aged 70 years or over qualifies for 100% grants for Cavity Wall Insulation and up to 100% grants for Loft Insulation.

For other households, grants of 100% for Cavity Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation and Draughtproofing are available where the householder or partner are in receipt of at least one of the following:-

•  Attendance Allowance

•  Council Tax Benefit

•  Disability Living Allowance

•  Disabled Persons Tax Credit

•  Housing Benefit

•  Income Based Jobseeker's Allowance

•  Income Support

•  Child Tax Credit (with an income of less than £16,642)

•  Pensioners in receipt of the minimum guarantee element of Pension Credit

•  Working Tax Credit (with an income of less than £16,642)

•  Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (must include Constant Attendance Allowance)

•  War Disablement Pension (must include the Mobility Supplement or Constant Attendance Allowance)

100% grants are also available to any household with a child under 16 receiving Disability Living Allowance.
